Apple announced there newest gadget called ipad a couple of days back. While Apple’s interface builder is great, it doesn’t really allow us to create custom UI elements on the fly, thats why Geoff Teehan created iPad GUI PSD for us.

The PSD was constructed using vectors, so it’s fully editable and scalable. You’ll notice there are a few new UI elements as compared to the iPhone interface. The workable screen design is formatted to 768×1024 so anything you design in the Photoshop file can easily be brought over to the SDK.

It has been almost an year ago when i posted the 22 useful free icon packs list. Due the success and the requests for a new list of useful and free icon packs, i’ve created a new list, this time bigger and better. To save you some time(time is money) i have created this list of 50 icon packs in the categories, web application, e-commerce, sketch, mini icons, mono icons and social icons. Basically this is all you need for a new project, big or small.

There are a lot of great icons lists on the web but most of the time they contains good but not that useful icons packs, this list isn’t one of those lists.

ThemeForest, GraphicRiver, FlashDen, VideoHive and AudioJungle are well knowen marketplaces where you can buy and sell very profesional templates, graphics, flash and audio files. Envato is the company behind the well known Tuts+ Network, a network of site that provides very cool and useful tutorials. Some of the most popular site from the Tuts+ Network are: Nettuts, Vectortuts and PSDtuts.

Envato just launched their newest Tuts+ site called Phototuts, this site will be covering everything from beginner to advanced photography tips and techniques, post-processing, lighting and how to use your equipment with expertise. Visit this site here.

A couple of months ago i posted a list with some really nice and useful social icons which you can find here: A list of very nice and free social buttons. We had a lot of nice comments and emails about this list so i have decided to create another great list of social icons and i must say i have found some really nice and useful social icons, and all are for free! I think that this list is even better then the first one.
