Our first interview is with Reaper-media. Reaper-media is a web designer / developer from the UK who is well-known in the Envato marketplace community for his work in the flash based e-world chat and his job as an codecanyon forum moderator.

If you are running a company or just working as a freelancer you probably know how important a good business card design can be, but there are still a lot of freelancers and company’s that dont have a (good) business card.

What kind of design is right for me? Well it depends mostly on you profession, for example a graphic designer would use a cool illustration and a photographer would use an simple but elegant design. But still the most important thing on the card is the information on it.

WordPress is growing and growing, more and more people are building their sites on WordPress or they’re switch to this powerfull open source CMS tool. This means that the number of beautiful designs built on WordPress will grow.

A html vCard is an minimalistic design that contains just the right information that a visitor needs to know(most of the times). It contains(most of the times), anabout, porfolio, social(very important) and a contact section/page. This kind of sites are mostly used for personal sites.

The html vCard trend was started by Tim van Damme and his design has been copy and use for inspiration multiple times now.

Carl Heaton wrote a couple of day’s ago 50 Ways to Get Your Site Noticed on the blog of ThemeForest.net. These tips can be of use if you want to boost your stats. I must say there are a couple of very useful tips. Read the whole article here.

While reading one of my favorite sites (ccs-tricks) i came across a really nice article(i dont have seen a similar one yet) by Chris Coyier about a day in his life as a web designer.I am always very interested in how other people work and which programs/tools they use, and Chris has showed me in this article some really nice programs/tools. Notice that Chris is a mac user.

Yes it’s time for beautiful designs build on WordPress part 2. This time another 10 beautiful design that are build on the world famous WordPress. You can find part 1 here.

ThemeForest is the third of the Envato digital goods marketplaces and offers a place to buy and sell website templates and themes for content management systems like WordPress, Drupal and Joomla. Because blue is one of my favorite colors i have made a small list of blue themes on ThemeForest.

Sadly to say that these themes are not free, but they dont cost a lot of money(where living in dark times so we don’t want to spend a lot of money). The prices range between 10 – 30 dollars.

I really love WordPress and nice designs so i made a list of beautiful designs build on the world famous WordPress. This list contains just 10 websites but as you can see this is part 1 so there will be more…………many more.

While searching on the web for some insparation for a new project i came a cross a couple of beautiful free WordPress themes and I thought why not compose a list of best free WordPress themes that i can find on the web and share them here on OpenSourceHunter.

This is not a list just for the numbers but what i think that are the 55 beautiful themes that i could find on the web. If you know more beautiful free themes just share them with us as a comment here.
