Almost every site has one, one to email, or one to place comments or submit something. No you can transform the basic forms to something nice with this jQuery plugin. Just add a line of jQuery code and this plugin will transform the forms into something nice.

It’s wonderful. Too bad there’s nothing as good for jQuery, I’ve looked.
jqTransform just doesn’t cut it, no keyboard support, in fact, worse than that, shortcuts that are standard for forms do unexpected things on it. Horrible.

BTW, I found that the input width isn’t under control in Safari 4.

I dont know, i didn’t try it, when i use tabs i use jquery ui to style them.

Looks great, but poor keyboard support. Also requires ‘enter’ to be pressed instead of space bar for check boxes.
